Bear Vision is an Indigenous owned business created in 2000 to assist Indigenous organizations, First Nations communities, Industry partners and government in the employment and training sector.

We assist organizations in developing and implementing strategies to engage, and work with Indigenous communities. 

WHEN WOULD YOU CALL US?

When you are working in the Traditional Territories of First Nations, Metis or Inuit communities and want to strengthen your relationships and engagement in your business. When you need to build cultural competence for your team. 

We have extensive experience in teaching and training, having served as instructors and trainers for various programs, including the Mining Essentials Program and strategic planning facilitation for numerous First Nations. We are committed to serving our community, with past roles on boards and councils such as the Indigenous Primary Health Care Council and the Ontario Indigenous Cultural Safety Program. Our involvement extends to various committees and initiatives aimed at promoting Indigenous well-being and development.

Bear Vision believes that Indigenous people, value visuals versus written and have developed a Training Model that is wholistic in nature and will include on-the-land cultural activities to be decided between the trainees, the client and the facilitator.

Our work takes us into our traditional territory communities and organizations across Canada. We have extensive experience in working with different cultures. We have learned that no two clients are alike: each faces challenges within their own environment.
